A listing polluted by another business, and the Top 3 in 30 days.
Sensaciones inherited the location from another restaurant — and with it, its digital trail. Google was still showing photos of frozen products from the previous business alongside Chef Oscar’s cooking. Here is what we did about it.

Local Pack Fort Myers
for "cuban cuisine" and "cuban restaurant"
30
Days
from a polluted listing to owning the map
Elevated Cuban cuisine, not just another Cuban place.
Sensaciones positions itself as an elevated-dining destination in Fort Myers. Behind it is Chef Oscar Cejas Martos, with more than 16 years in high-end international kitchens, Angus cuts and fresh Gulf seafood. The reputation was already there: 4.6 stars and over 1,500 five-star reviews. What was missing was translating that reputation into online authority.

Inheriting a location is easy. Inheriting its digital trail is expensive.
The space had previously been occupied by "El Pilon Restaurant". Google had not forgotten, and that inheritance was costing customers every day.
Another business’s identity
The Google listing still showed "El Pilon" assets and low-quality photos of frozen fruit pulp. A customer looking for fine dining found supermarket packaging instead.
Inconsistent NAP data
Name, address and phone did not match across platforms. For the local algorithm that is poison: contradictory signals that sink your ranking.
Outside the Top 3
They were not showing in the first three positions for the highest purchase-intent terms. That traffic was going to competitors with worse food.
Two pillars, in parallel.
Cleaning up the listing without a website to back the promise would have been half a job. Building the website without cleaning the listing, equally so. They happened at once.
High-conversion website
We built sensacionescubanrestaurant.com with a conversion-first approach. Galleries showing the craft — meats marinated for 24 hours in citrus and garlic mojo — to justify the premium price point, and direct WhatsApp booking so mobile demand is not lost the moment it appears.
Local ecosystem cleanup
We completely removed the "El Pilon" images and the frozen products, replacing them with a new professional gallery. We unified the NAP and verified it in Bing Places too. We rewrote categories and descriptions targeting "cuban cuisine" and "cuban restaurant" in Fort Myers.
The map went from orange to green.
In a single month, the metrics that precede a physical visit took off — and the ranking grid shows it better than any table.
From positions 10-14 to a sea of green
The Fort Myers grid showed orange and yellow nodes: positions 10 to 14, effectively invisible. After the work it turned solid green — positions 1 to 3 — with Top 3 Local Pack dominance for "cuban cuisine" and "cuban restaurant".

The inherited profile, rebuilt
The Business Profile went from liability to storefront: 4.6 stars across 2,026 reviews, photos that match what’s actually served, and the information in order. The effect shows in the metrics that bring people through the door — menu clicks grew 77.1%, direction requests rose 52.2%, the metric closest to an occupied table, and mobile searches 21.9%.

A website that backs the promise
The new site closed the trust gap the polluted listing had opened. Galleries of the craft, frictionless WhatsApp booking and a visual identity that finally matches what lands on the plate.

“Their work has been truly outstanding, from the website design to the exceptional SEO. Thanks to their strategic approach we reach more customers and our online visibility improved significantly.”
